Gus Hansen enjoyed a wonderful year on the WPT where he was the only player to make it to the closing poker table in three of the events. The call bet’s amount is equal to your beginning ante, which means that the risks will have doubled. Surrendering means that your bet goes immediately to the house. After the wager is the conclusion. If the casino does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, including a sum equal to the ante. If the dealer does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The house pays out money equal to your initial bet and set expectations on your call bet. These odds are:

- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
