Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with ancient ancestry. Based on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the western in a great game for starting gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the croupier, unlike almost all other poker games that players wager against other players. By gambling against the dealer, beginner players do not have to worry about other, more knowledgeable gamblers taking their mulla.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the relatively leisurely game pace, beginners will be able to take their time and scheme without having to make frenzied decisions.
It’s also much simpler to enjoy for an extended time with just a little bit of cash after all, to not win, each of your hands must be lower than each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is given 7 cards face up and the dealer is given seven cards face down.
A five card hand and one two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand has to be higher than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be larger than the houses.
