Howard also assisted his sister Annie Duke master poker. Annie Duke was a superb student of the game as she would always be asking questions about how to make the proper choice. Howard told Annie Duke to move out to Las Vegas and compete in the World Series of Poker competition. She is one of the greatest women players the poker world ever. He relocated to Las Vegas in Nineteen Ninety Three and played money games for the following 10 years. When the World Poker Tournament gained popularity, he decided to compete in more tournaments.
